# Amtaar (أمتار)

> Own a share of premium commercial property in Egypt from EGP 50,000. Amtaar makes fractional real estate investment simple, with quarterly rental income.

Amtaar is an Egyptian PropTech platform for fractional ownership of income-generating commercial real estate. Investors buy shares in a specific property through the Amtaar mobile app, sign a common-ownership share-sale contract stating their percentage, and receive their share of the rent quarterly (1 January, 1 April, 1 July, 1 October).

- Regulation: Amtaar Capital for Financial Investments is licensed by the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to promote and underwrite securities subscriptions.
