Amtaar is operated by Amtaar Capital for Financial Investments, which is licensed by Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to promote and underwrite securities subscriptions. 2. Information we collect

• Information you give us on the website: when you register your interest, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address and any notes you write. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send.
• Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you.
• Information in the Amtaar app: to open and operate an investment account we collect additional information, including identity verification (such as an ID photo and face verification), contact details, bank details for payments and payouts, and records of your investments and transactions.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you about Amtaar’s services.
• To open and manage your investment account, process your investments, distribute rental returns and issue your ownership contract.
• To verify your identity and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
• To keep the website and app secure and to understand how they are used so we can improve them.
• We do not sell your personal data.

4. Our legal basis

We process personal data with your consent (for example when you submit the form), where it is needed to provide a service you asked for, where we are legally required to, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing our services.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and the actions taken on the site (such as tapping WhatsApp or an app-store link), Google Tag Manager, and Ahrefs Web Analytics. These help us understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.

6. Services we use

• Cloudflare: hosts and protects the website.
• Resend: delivers the details you submit in our form to our team by email.
• Google: Google Analytics and Tag Manager; Google Fonts on the Arabic pages of the site; and Google Maps when you open our office directions.
• Ahrefs: website analytics.
• OpenStreetMap: the maps shown on our contact and property pages.
• WhatsApp and social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn): only when you choose to open or follow those links. Their own privacy policies then apply.

7. When we share your information

We share personal data only with the service providers above, so they can provide their service to us; with regulators and public authorities, including the FRA, when the law requires it; and with our professional advisers where necessary. Some providers process data outside Egypt. When that happens we take reasonable steps to keep your data protected, in line with applicable law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period required by law or regulation for financial and investment records. Enquiries that do not lead to an account are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you.

9. How we protect it

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our safeguards.

10. Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to know what personal data we hold about you, to access it, to correct or update it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent or object to its use, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
